Pull net all the way to the edge with a proven mechanical netwrap system that provides simplicity and convenience during operation. This system allows the baler’s belts to do the work rather than having to pull the net onto the bale using a rubber roller, which takes out unnecessary complexity and maintenance needs.

Convenient maintenance

Convenient maintenance comes standard with a chamber that detaches from the power unit. Operators can choose to detach the chamber completely or use cleanout mode.

Minimize maintenance and prolong the life of your machine with a 5-bar camless wide pickup equipped with 70 rubber-mounted pickup teeth for added strength and durability in varying crop types and conditions.

Let the Auto Lube greasing system take care of maintenance for you as it provides automatic lubrication to critical bearings at user-defined intervals through the Atlas Pro control system. Alerts in cab when grease levels are low.

No need to leave the field to get supplies. An optional metal toolbox sits on the front of the machine that can carry up to three extra rolls of netwrap and other in-field essentials.

The ZR-4S is designed to keep up with you and your busy schedule. That’s why it’s made for speeds of up to 12 mph (19.3 km/hr) in the field based on ground conditions, and up to 33 mph (53 km/hr) when in transport mode.
