Features
Convenient to operate
Better bale shape and denser bales come from consistent belt pressure throughout the baling process. Additionally, operators can adjust density settings for different crop and field conditions from the comfort of the cab.
Control the outcome of your bale from the comfort of the cab with the Atlas ProTM control system. View and keep track of real-time statistics for up to 50 fields including bale count and bales per hour.
Tired of lifting heavy net rolls? No worries. Let your 604 S-series baler do the heavy lifting for you with an optional net lift system that raises the netwrap roll into the tailgate using a swing-out arm and switch.
Simple adjustments
Let the optional Auto Lube greasing system take care of maintenance for you as it provides automatic lubrication to critical bearings at user-defined intervals through the Atlas Pro control system.
Stay in the cab even when you need to adjust your density. In-cab density adjustments make getting the most out of your crop easy.
Set it and forget it. Net tension control is simple to adjust and easily accessible from the rear of the baler.
Reliability you can count on
Operators can rest assured with a 3-year pickup warranty on internal components including parts* and labor. *does not include teeth or hardware for teeth.
You’ll know if it’s too wet to bale with optional moisture sensors that deliver real-time and field-average moisture info through the Atlas Pro control system.
A proven mechanical netwrap system provides simplicity and convenience during operation. This system allows the baler belts to do the work rather than having to pull the net onto the bale using a rubber roller.
Understand what your bales look like before they even leave the chamber with bale shape indicators on the control system.
Durable components throughout
Help minimize maintenance and prolong the life of your machine with a 4-bar camless wide pickup with just one rotational bearing on each end.
Help prevent damage to the tailgate and save time without having to backup for bale ejection with a hydraulic bale ramp. The hydraulic bale ramp is tied in with the tailgate sequence to help protect the tailgate from closing on the bale.
